How do I buy/gift an e-Gift Voucher?

  • Enter the name and email address of the person you want to send the e-Gift Voucher. Enter your name and email address. Select the Gift Voucher Theme. Write custom message according to your wish. Enter the value of the voucher you would like to purchase then click "Continue".
  • At the Shopping Cart Page, click “CHECKOUT”. Enter your details and click “CONFIRM ORDER”. Proceed to pay through your preferred choice, or if you need to make any changes to the value, you can always go back and "Edit". Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email with the e-Gift Voucher details.

How do I make a purchase with an e-Gift Voucher?

  • Simple! Go to www.mayloz.com and select the items you want to purchase. When you are ready, add the product to your cart and proceed to “CHECKOUT". At the QUICK CHECKOUT page, enter the Gift Voucher code in the “Enter voucher code” box and click “APPLY VOUCHER”.
  • Funds will be deducted from your e-Gift Voucher at the time you place your order. In case of any adjustment or cancellation at a later stage, we will (re)issue funds as credit to your voucher.

Does an e-Gift Voucher expire?

  • Yes. All e-Gift Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of their issue.

Can I use promotional codes with e-Gift Vouchers?

  • Yes, by all means!

What if the order value is more or less the e-Gift Voucher amount?

  • If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. If the order value is less than the amount of the e-Gift Voucher, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-Gift Voucher.


What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

  • It is easy to update your Mayloz account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'.'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on Mayloz.
  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, etc.
  • Change your password.
  • Track the status of your orders.
  • Check your Gift Vouchers reward points.

How do I place an order?

  • Select a category - Choose the product of your choice
  • Create an account by registering. Registering with us you will give the following benefits: - speeds up the ordering process -allows us to keep you informed about your orders and refund through email -access to Gift Vouchers.
  • Carefully enter your shipping address.
  • Enter the Discount coupon or Gift Voucher codes as applicable.
  • Check the final price (Including Stitching/Shipping charges). Select one of the payment options (Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card). YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail from Mayloz.
  • You can check Order history in 'My Account' in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

How will my order be delivered to me?

  • Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How can I find out if Mayloz.com delivers to my pin code?

  • Mayloz.com delivers to all pin codes within India and all countries Worldwide.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

  • Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Mayloz.com This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own.

I tried placing order using my credit card, but it isn't working. Can u help me place an order?

  • Yes if your debit/credit card aren't working we can always discuss over phone. Do call us at +91 992 496 3486 (Customer Care).

I tried placing order using my credit card / debit card / net banking, but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
  • If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
  • Net Banking 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 7-21 business days

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. I have done partial payment through Gift Voucher and partial with debit card/credit card / net banking. What happens to Gift Voucher amount deducted from my account?

  • In case your order is not successful and Gift Voucher amount has been deducted from your account, we will refund the total amount (Both – Gift Voucher amount + Amount paid through debit card / credit card / Net banking) into your account.

How can I check the status of my order?

  • Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

I got a confirmation call for my order. What is that?

  • You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

  • Yes, we do bulk orders (wholesale orders). Please visit our wholesale website www.maylozbiz.com. For inquiries related to wholesale orders, please contact us at sales@mayloz.com or call us on +91 992 496 3486.

How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?

  • We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Please note that all categories are not returnable. For more information please check our Returns Policy.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

  • Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.


How do I pay for a Mayloz purchase?

  • For India, we accept payments via CCAvenue (Debit Card, Credit Card or Net banking.)
  • For countries other than India, we accept payment through PayPal (Debit Card, Credit Card)

Is it safe to use my Debit card or Credit Card?

  • All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So it is absolutely safe!

Are there any hidden charges?

  • Shipping within India, there are NO hidden charges (sales tax, octroi, etc.) when you make a purchase on Mayloz. List prices are final and all inclusive. The price what you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
  • For shipping outside India; Custom Duties, Import Duties or any other taxes or duties may vary according to the rules of different countries. These charges are not included in our selling price, but may be charged to you by your respective governments. So the customer is solely responsible to pay those charges. The courier companies may also charge some additional service fees over and above the government duties on a case to case basis.

What should I do if my payment fails?

  • In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) or your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on info@mayloz.com or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Mayloz but I have never shopped with Mayloz. What do I do?

  • If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Mayloz.com, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.
  • If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.

Do you accept International Card?

  • Yes. We accept International cards through PayPal.
  • There is no upper limit to an order value placed using an International card.


To which locations do you ship within India? Do you ship to rural remote areas also?

  • We deliver to all pin codes within India, even to rural remote areas. We ship through standard courier companies like Bluedart, FedEx, Aramex, India Post (Speed Post).

Do you ship outside India? Which countries do you ship worldwide?

  • Worldwide, we deliver to all countries. Worldwide we ship through UPS, FedEx, DHL, Atlantic, Skynet, India Post.

What details do I need to give for delivery to my place?

  • Please provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.

What in case of nobody at home or no one answers the doorbell?

  • Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.

Do you ship the products on Sundays or public holidays?

  • We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partners do not pick-up on those days.

What in case of incomplete/wrong address?

  • After dispatching of your order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases. We will ship the product second time but customer has to bear the extra shipping charges for second time shipping.

What is the standard delivery time?

  • Within India: A. for metros, delivery time is normally 1-2 days. B. for cities and towns other than metros, delivery time is normally 2-4 days. C. for rural areas, the delivery time is normally 3-6 days.
  • Worldwide: We ship item through standard shipping companies only, the delivery time is normally 3-7 days depending on the destination countries. All shipments are done by air, express shipments only.
  • The above mentioned delivery times are over and above the handling times. Handling times depends on the individual product availability. Handling times are mentioned on each individual product pages.

What is the shipping cost?

  • Shipping charges depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. Shipping costs for multiple items together (combined shipping) is calculated according to the combined weight of the parcel. Normally average shipping charges of items for combined shipping is much lower than shipping of single product.

How can I track my order?

  • We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Shipping Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Shipping Company's website details.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier company's website.

Are there any hidden charges?

What if any delays?

  • Shipping times mentioned on product page against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement or exchange will be entertained in such situations.

What if the product goes out of stock?

  • If the product goes out of stock due to which there is a chance of delay in completing the order, we will immediately notify you by e-mail. We will try to procure the product by all means. If in any case, we are not able to procure the product, we will refund the amount immediately.

Why I received partial delivery of my order?

  • Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please don't worry your item is on its way. In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s.In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item.

Who covers the transit risks?

  • Mayloz shipped all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Mayloz will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.


How can I cancel an order?

  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of the order placed by going to the 'My Account' section of the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account according to standard timelines. However cancellation will not be applicable after 24 hours of purchase.

After placing the order, can I modify the shipping address of my order?

  • Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by email to info@mayloz.com.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

  • For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your account within 7-10 working days after your order has been cancelled.


What is 7 days returns & exchanges policy?

  • Our Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items for any reason within 7 days of the receipt.

Will I get full refund of the amount I paid for the item if I choose to return the item?

  • A. If you choose to return the item for reason of receipt of a defective item or a wrong sized item sent by us, we will credit the total amount you paid for the item into your account.
  • B. However if you choose to return the item for any other reason, we will deduct the courier charges that we incurred and credit the balance amount you paid for the item into your account. (*)

Is there any charge if I choose to exchange the item I purchased on Mayloz.com?

  • A. If you choose to exchange the item for the reason of mismatch of size (wrong size sent by us) or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
  • B. However if you choose to exchange the item for your requirement of a different size (other than mentioned in the order) or any other reason, you have to pay the courier charges for second time shipping the item to your address. (*)
  • C. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • D. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Which items cannot be exchanged or returned?

  • Certain fashion accessories and jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of items where returns or exchanges is not supported includes: Clutch Purses, Handbags, Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Bridal Sets, Mangalsutras, Pendants, Necklace sets, chains, Tikkas and Rings.

If I choose to exchange or return an item; what condition should I maintain for the item?

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

What about the free gift I received with the item?

  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

How do I return a product?

  • The returns have to be self-shipped by you, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Do I get reimbursement of the courier charges that I paid for the return of the product?

  • Once your return is received by us, we will also reimburse the return shipping cost incurred by you into your account.In order to get this reimbursement, you have to send us scanned copy of the courier slip within 10 days of opening the return request subject to a maximum of Rs. 150/- per kg in India and Rs. 2000/- per item from outside India. If we don't receive the courier slip within 10 days, then we will reimburse a flat amount of Rs. 100/- per kg for India and up to Rs. 1000/- item for couriers from outside India. However this clause is applicable for the above B clauses only (*).

How long would it take to receive the refund for my return?

  • It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund. We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns processing facility. Therefore the return time really depends on the time taken by the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility.

Can I return or exchange partial order from a single order?

  • Yes. You can return or exchange partial order from your total single order. For example, if you have purchased 5 items from us in a single order and if you wish to return or exchange any 2 items from the total 5; we will process the return or exchange for the 2 items accordingly as stated in the above policy.

Does Mayloz.com pick up the product I want to return from my location?

  • No. You have to self-ship the product to our returns processing facility.

Where should I send my return?

  • We have multiple returns processing facilities. You have to return the product to the address given by us in the returns confirmation email. Please do not ship the product before any address confirmation by us through email.
