1. We deliver to all pin codes within India. We ship through standard courier companies like Blue Dart, FedEx, DTDC, India Post (Speed Post).
2. Worldwide also, we deliver to 200+ countries. Worldwide we ship through UPS, FedEx, DHL, Sky Net, Atlantic, India Post.
3. Please provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
4. Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell.
5. We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partners do not pick-up on those days.
6. After dispatching of your order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases. We will ship the product second time; but in that case, customer has to bear shipping charges for return of the item as well as shipping charges for second time shipping.
7. Within India: A. for metros, delivery time is normally 1-2 days. B. for cities and towns other than metros, delivery time is normally 2-4 days. C. for rural areas, the delivery time is normally 3-7 days.
8. Worldwide: We ship item through standard shipping companies only, the delivery time is normally 3-7 days depending on the destination countries. All shipments are done by air, express shipments only.
9. The above mentioned delivery times are over and above the handling times. Handling times depends on the individual product availability. Handling times are mentioned on each individual product pages.
10. We offer Big Savings on Shipping charges through our worldwide weight base destination base shipping model. This model provides big savings for our buyers who only pays genuine shipping charges depending on their location.
11. Shipping charges on shipments within India or International depends on the weight of the parcel and the delivery destination. Shipping costs for multiple items together (combined shipping) is calculated according to the combined weight of the parcel. Combined shipping is much cheaper than individual product shipping. Normally average shipping charges of items for combined shipping is much lower than shipping of single product.
Shipment and tracking details
12. We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Shipping Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Shipping Company’s website detail.
13. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier company’s website.
Taxes, duties and additional charges
14. For shipping within India, there are NO hidden charges (sales tax, octroi etc) when you make a purchase on Mayloz. List prices are final and all inclusive. The price what you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
15. For shipping outside India; Custom Duties, Import Duties or any other taxes or duties may vary according to the rules of different countries. These charges are not included in our selling price, but may be charged to you by your respective governments. So the customer is solely responsible to pay those charges. The courier companies may also charge some additional service fees over and above the government duties on a case to case basis.
What if any delays
16. Handling times mentioned on product page against each item and delivery times mentioned above are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement or exchange will be entertained in such situations.
17. If the product is out of stock due to which there is a chance of delay in completing the order, we will immediately notify you by e-mail.
18. Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please don’t worry your item is on its way.
In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.
In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item.
19. Mayloz ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Mayloz will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
20. If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess / reship the order.
